Beverage Dispensers

It is absolutely NOT recommended to use it for Horchata. The design of our machine allows it to be used with drinks that do not contain pulp, seeds or pieces of fruit that could block the impeller system. In addition, causing damage to the parts of these machines.

Blast Freezers

You can use 18x26 trays and GN trays

 

Yes, you will need a floor sink for your blast freezer models ABT-5US, ABT-10Us, and ABT-15US.

Cheese Graters

For your cheese grater's MOTOR, you may use SAE40.

Pour oil into the chamber and fill to the brim.

Espresso Machines

A direct water line does not need to be heated – the unit’s boiler handles temperature.

It could be due to the grind size.

If the coffee is too coarse, it could be allowing the water to flow between the pieces, not allowing coffee to brew in the group.

If the coffee is very finely ground and tamped very tightly, the water may not be able to flow through the coffee grounds to properly brew and pour out.

Frozen Drink Machines

Granitas are typically served in 8-ounce cups in the United States. 

This size is popular for its refreshing and manageable portion, perfect for enjoying this icy treat on a hot day.

Meat Grinders

For your unit's MOTOR, you may use SAE40.

Pour oil into the chamber and fill to the brim.

Pizza Ovens

The iDeck chamber can be used without the unit's hood or stand. They DO need to be placed under an extraction hood in the kitchen. 

The hood serves as a vapor collector, it is not meant to provide extra insulation.

The iDecks are not ventless, but they can operate perfectly in the hood-less configuration.

Simply place the hood on top of the oven. This process does not require any tools.

Rotisserie Ovens

The required gas pressure feeding into the Metal Supreme rotisserie oven is 0.5-1 bar (7.3-14.5 psi). Please use the correct equipment to ensure your unit is working within the correct parameters.

Yes, the 4 and 6 skewer models include swivel casters (2) with brakes.

Yes, electric chicken roasters require a 220V connection with a neutral wire. Contact an expert electrician who can connect your equipment safely. Any incorrect connection could cause irreversible damage to your machine.

No, they do not include a thermostat that regulates the temperature.

Yes, you can connect to Natural Gas, with the inclusion of a 1/2 psi Natural Gas regulator. You only need to regulate the oxygen fan to have a blue flame.

Yes, it should be installed under a kitchen hood.

The estimated cooking time is 1 hour. However, the spits in the lower positions are subjected to lower temperatures, and the cooking time in these positions is longer. It is recommended to rotate the spits as the cooking time progresses, moving the spits from the lower part to the upper positions to finish cooking.

These units are not designed for the use of wood.

As a general rule, one must consider that burning wood chips may release toxic fumes and whether these are permitted by regulations in your establishment's region.

Soft Serve Machines

This machine has two tanks. One is able to serve one flavor from each separate tank.
